![]() When I can't log in or if I mess my system up I usually connect the system up to another device to recover my files and reinstall, but that's not what you want. Someone suggests a fix along the lines of ![]() Although this is for 7, it is a similar problem:. ![]() It sounds like it registered the wrong letter to the windows partition, or wrong partition altogether. The boot rebuild function may need to be accessed from a restore dvd for windows.
